The first 1-2 years will be spent accumulating knowledge and experience in the field of IT.

Starting your career at ERAS

Knowledge

Using our original coding curriculum at ERAS, our members will acquire basic knowledge of IT and coding.

Experience

Our members will be placed in ongoing projects as an IT employee, where they will build experience whilst gathering knowledge needed for the job.

Overview

Management Course

This course provides members the opportunity for career advancement in the role of PMs, PMOs, and Consultants.

From start to finish, members will identify what kind of tasks there are in ongoing projects, and take an active role in managing how best to resolve issues that need attention.

Members will be required to brush up on their conceptual skills alongside our more experienced members, consult and communicate with other project members, and have the skills to manage these projects so that they can tackle existing obstacles.

Design & Development Course

This course provides members the opportunity for career advancement in the role of web application engineers and UI/UX designers.

Members will design products as is required by the project, developing a product from scratch, and supporting it until its release.

Members will be required to brush up on their technical skills alongside our more experienced members, learn how to select the best solution as a developer, and produce high-quality results.

Security Operations Course

This course provides members the opportunity for career advancement in the role of security engineers and white hat hackers.

Members will operate existing services and systems following guidelines of the CIA triad: confidentiality, integrity, and availability.

Members will be required to brush up on their technical skills alongside our more experienced members, improving operational efficiency along the way, whilst protecting existing services and systems.
